Suggestions and Ideas for Future Gatherings

Well it's summer, and I think we should definitely have a potluck and/or a pool party. Of course, that involves locating a pool...

Granted we could always ditch the idea of a pool and go to a water park instead, but then bringing in food becomes a hassle, and the cost of admission is a little daunting these days.

Or we could just screw the pool and have a potluck and pig out >:D

And that's my two cents. Maybe it's all just an evil plot to make Sabbie make onigiri again. ;)

It depends on who is willing to take charge of this event. Right now, both Frank and I are overwhelmed with work or life. I should be settling down at work in about a month, so I can give it a thought perhaps in August time frame. Any ideas are definitely welcome!

If we can get everyone together, some of the people in ACU wouldn't mind hosting it at all, if I'm in the state, I'll host it.

But yes, if we can't get a pool, water balloons and water guns would be perfect, you're a genius, Madame NyuNyu~ ^^

Don't know if this has been said within this thread, but being in Tucson and seeing so much stuff happenin up north, i kinda want to see if dudes down here want to meet up or organize somehow (unless this is already being done..).

Our house would be open for small gatherings for sure. We have a big TV, seating, 2 friendly chihuahuas and a hookah :>

You're more than welcome to announce an event of "epic" proportions down here in Tucson region, and I'll try to spread the word. i enjoy tobacco, cigars and hookah products. i have a small hookah. if others had a hookah or wanted to smoke @ our house (e.g. on our patio) in Tucson and play video games, board games and basically have a classy time of it that would be cool.

Basically I am suggesting chillen @ our place on a semi-regular basis with the option to smoke a lot. What if that happened?

the other thing i'm highly interested in is smash bros focused gaming sessions. brawl, melee or otherwise. of course other fighting games could come in. hell i guess it could be 1 on 1 competitive games in general. I know that Frank mentioned to me @ tucon that he wanted to find people to play advance wars with as well.

Ok so essentially 1 on 1 to 2 on 2 vs style competitive games.
